Shipping Info

We can ship to almost any country in the world. Estimated delivery times for International orders vary. 

Please allow us a small amount of time to produce and handle your order with the utmost care. Most of our products are being produced manually the moment we get your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You will also receive an email with tracking information the evening that it is shipped out. The package will normally arrive within 5 - 25 working days depending on your country (in general, EU countries receive their order in about 5-12 working days, outside of EU usually takes longer). Delivery before Christmas not guaranteed.

Delivery times published by the shipping services are approximate, and some orders take longer to be delivered. Your patience is appreciated! During peak holiday and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer

We do not ship to PO Boxes; however, the 'bill to' address can be a PO Box.

Import Fees: We cannot be held responsible for the payment of any Customs Duty/Import fees that may be a result of purchasing from our store – this is the full responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are aware of and well versed in the imports regulations in your region.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Any item returned to us will be refunded on the basis that the returned item(s) reach us unworn, in their original and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot refund any items that have been washed or worn.

Prior to returning your item, please always contact vexx.co customer services first, and let us know of your issue. Be sure to have your order number ready and our customer service associates will be happy to assist you!

Once you have contacted us, you can return your item. Simply fill out the Return Form that we will send you and ship your defective item back to us. We will process your returned items directly and update you on the refund.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received. With the exception of any damaged/faulty items, we are not responsible for return postage fees.
